Alfa-Bank won in key nominations of CDO/CDTO Summit & Awards 2026
Alfa-Bank became a laureate of the VII Russian Summit and Digital Transformation Award CDO/CDTO Summit & Awards 2026, receiving five awards for implemented technological solutions.
Alfa-Bank's projects won the Grand Prix in four categories at once. The project "Intelligent Automation: Synergy of Gen-AI and RPA to Transform Alfa-Bank's Operations" won in the category "Best AI Solution for Optimizing Business Processes and Improving Operational Productivity". The solution develops the infrastructure for creating AI agents based on the bank's existing RPA and AlfaGen platforms and allows you to scale the automation of operational processes.
In the Digital Platform of the Year category, a single platform for all segments with personalization of the digital experience was noted. The solution unifies digital channels for all business segments and provides a personalized customer experience based on the user's role, tasks, and scenarios. In the Digital Project of the Year category, Alfa-Boss, a digital service for medium and large business managers, won. In the Digital Transformation of the Year category, the award was given for a solution for working with blocking within the framework of 115-FZ — with an online process for lifting restrictions and educational content.
In addition, the Multibank service, which allows you to manage accounts in different banks through Alfa-Bank's digital channels, was awarded in the Digital Solution of the Year category.
