Alfa-bank was the first in the market to launch the service "profit in two accounts" for business clients who have a personal and business account in alfa-bank. Behind the "benefit in two accounts" is the convenience of interaction with the bank on both accounts, as well as a set of favorable offers.
If a client - a natural person has decided to issue an account for business in alfa-bank, he can do so remotely without meeting with a representative via the mobile application alfa-bank and Internet bank alfa-online. If the entrepreneur does not yet own a personal account with alfa-bank, he can order a debit card in the application or Internet bank alfa-business.
For all clients with personal and business accounts in the bank launched a separate support line. Consultations on both accounts are available from the same manager in the contact center, chat room and department.
The "benefit in two accounts" service gives access to closed offers: discounts, promotions, raffle, increased cash. Premium subscription is available to the clients of the service. It allows entrepreneurs to make business transfers on favorable terms, as well as access to the premium service alfa only. Also, within the framework of the "two-account benefit" service, customers can receive up to 20,000 rubles of cash each month.
