Sber to help Perm Krai accelerate digital transformation of public administration
Perm Krai plans to implement process analytics from Sber to improve the efficiency of government bodies.
Sber will help Perm Krai enhance the quality and efficiency of public administration using the “Process Analytics from Sber” technology. The corresponding cooperation agreement was signed by the President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank, Herman Gref, and the Governor of Perm Krai, Dmitry Makhonin, at the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Under the agreement, Perm Krai plans to deploy Sber’s process analytics solution. The tool analyses real business processes based on data from corporate information systems, helping to identify bottlenecks, improve the effectiveness of management decisions, and enhance the quality of public services for residents of the region. This will reduce response times for citizen requests, minimise the risk of errors, and increase process transparency.
The project has high social significance, particularly in healthcare. It will help the regional Ministry of Health build clearer and faster processes for assisting cancer patients.
Herman Gref, President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank:
“For us, this project is first and foremost about people. We are talking about concrete help for those facing serious illness. The introduction of process analytics will help reduce bureaucracy and make treatment more effective: doctors will spend more time on patients rather than filling out paperwork. Our technology will make the work of the authorities more transparent, faster, and more understandable for citizens. I am confident that Sber’s experience and technology will benefit Perm Krai.”
Dmitry Makhonin, Governor of Perm Krai:
“Today on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum we signed a strategic agreement with Sber. We will improve the quality and efficiency of public administration using the ‘Process Analytics from Sber’ technology. The tool analyses real processes based on data from information systems, thereby identifying stages that slow down work. This will help us make the right decisions faster and improve the quality of services for people. As a result, request processing times will be shortened, there will be fewer errors, and all work will become more transparent. This will also affect the medical field, where the speed of decision-making directly impacts the health and lives of our fellow citizens. The technology will help study patient follow‑up processes and the observance of deadlines for providing medical care.”
Special attention will be paid to the digitalisation of key economic sectors in Perm Krai. The partnership will also contribute to the development of the region’s IT infrastructure, attracting investment, and creating favourable conditions for innovative companies.
